Faith in Public Life is a national movement of clergy and faith leaders united in the prophetic pursuit of justice, equality and the common good. Together, they advance just policies at the local, state and federal levels through a network of 50,000 leaders engaged in bold moral action that affirms our values and the human dignity of all. Through their media expertise, rapid-response capabilities and strategic campaign development they have become respected commentators in the media and valued partners with a range of religious groups working for economic and social justice. (Interfaith + Movement Building, Advocacy) When faith is excluded from DEI work, it dispositionally affects people of minorities because they are dispositionally represented in their faith. If you are going to work on the intersection between gender, race, and ethnicity, you must fold faith into your work, or your just disenfranchising minority groups.
